These terms govern your use of www.foldandkeep.com and any purchase you make on it. By placing an order you accept them. Please read them before you buy.

Article 1 — Definitions

Fold & Keep — the online store operated by Arhan Trade LLC.
Customer — the natural or legal person placing an order.
Agreement — the distance contract formed between Fold & Keep and the customer.
Products — the goods offered for sale on this website.

Article 3 — Applicability

These terms apply to every offer we make and every agreement we enter into at a distance. If any provision is found invalid, the rest remains in force and the invalid provision is replaced by one that comes as close as possible to its purpose.

Article 4 — Our offer

Every offer is made subject to availability and is described accurately enough for you to judge it properly. Product photographs are a true representation. Obvious errors or mistakes in an offer do not bind us — if a price is clearly wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than honour it.

Article 5 — Formation of the agreement

The agreement comes into being when you place your order and we confirm it by e-mail. Until that confirmation arrives you may cancel at no cost. We reserve the right to refuse an order, and to ask for further information before accepting one, where we have grounds to do so.

Article 6 — Right of withdrawal

You may cancel your purchase and return the product within 60 days of delivery, without giving a reason. This period is longer than the law requires — it is the 60-day risk-free guarantee we advertise, and it is binding on us.

During this period please handle the product only as far as is necessary to decide whether you want to keep it. The procedure, the condition the product must be in, and who pays for return shipping are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Article 7 — Refunds

We refund within 3 business days of receiving and inspecting the return, using the payment method you originally used. See the Refund Policy for the detail.

Article 8 — Prices

All prices are in US dollars and include applicable taxes. Shipping is free. Prices may change, but a change never affects an order that has already been confirmed.

Article 9 — Payment

Payment is taken at checkout. We accept the methods shown at the point of payment. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments and the providers listed at checkout; we never see or store your full card details.

Article 10 — Delivery

We ship to the address you give us. Delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy and are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery. If a parcel is lost in transit, we resend or refund — see the Shipping Policy.

Article 11 — Conformity and guarantee

We guarantee that the products conform to the agreement, to the specifications stated in the offer, and to the reasonable requirements of soundness and usability. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.

Article 12 — Correct use

The product is a household storage box with a vacuum pump. It is intended for textiles such as clothing, bedding and soft furnishings. It is not intended for food, liquids, sharp objects, or anything that can be damaged by compression. Damage caused by use outside its intended purpose is not covered.

Article 13 — Complaints

Complaints should be sent to support@foldandkeep.com, fully and clearly described, within a reasonable time of discovering the problem. We respond within one business day and aim to resolve the matter within 14 days. If we need longer, we tell you so and give you an indication of when to expect an answer.

Article 14 — Intellectual property

The Fold & Keep name, logo, texts, photographs and page designs on this website belong to Arhan Trade LLC or are used with permission. They may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without our written consent.

Article 15 — Personal data

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Article 16 — Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Article 17 — Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs delays, natural events and government measures. Where such circumstances persist, either party may cancel the affected part of the order and we refund what you paid for it.

Article 18 — Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms. The version in force at the moment you place your order is the one that applies to that order.

Article 19 — Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Pinellas County, Florida, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
